QDI, a limited liability company incorporated in the UAE, is a joint venture between the Group and Al Qudra Sports Management LLC. The principal activities of the joint venture are to engage in sports clubs and facilities management and other sports related activities within the UAE. The Group owns 50% equity in this entity.
