Al Mal Capital REIT, launched in 2021 by Al Mal Capital PSC, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments is the first REIT IPO on the Dubai Financial Market. The REIT plans to acquire a diversified portfolio of real estate properties targeting long-term lease agreements. The proceeds from the REIT will be utilised to invest in a diversified portfolio of high-performing UAE sectors, including healthcare, education and industrial assets.
