His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of the Dubai Health Authority, inaugurated the King’s College Hospital London in Dubai Hills at a special opening ceremony.

The ceremony was also attended by HE Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, chairman of King’s College Hospital UAE, Khalid Bin Kalban, CEO and MD Dubai Investments, and other dignitaries. Dubai Investments holds a 26.75% stake in KCH Healthcare LLC, a joint-venture with Al Tayer Group and Ashmore Group established to manage the flagship 100-bed hospital and medical centres in Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

King’s specializes in core areas including paediatrics, cardiology, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology and metabolic diseases.
