Dubai Investments PJSC announced that Properties Investment LLC (PI), its joint-venture company engaged in the investment and development of real estate properties, received prestigious ISO certifications in three categories.

Properties Investment LLCwas awarded the ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management systems, the ISO 14001:2015 for its environmental management system, and the OHSAS 18001:2007 for its occupational health and safety management system. 

All three certificates, awarded by the Russian Register Certification System in collaboration with CanGulf, certify Properties Investment’s compliance with the global health, safety, and environment system and the legal requirements of the real estate industry.
